For photography the best venue that we have worked in last year is the Waldorf Hilton. It scores high because of the range and quality of the photographic locations that it offers. The rooms include the magnificent Palm Court which is lit by daylight, the Executive Boardroom which is great for civil weddings. and the enormous Alelphi Suite for large receptions. For outdoor shots, the Strand and Theatre Land are close and the South Bank complex is just accross the river.

Weddingstar, which is one of the top wedding magazines in the US and Canada, has chosen to publish one of our weddings in its 2008 issue. The couple, Harpreet & Jo, live in Canada but had their wedding in Slough at the Ramgarhia Sikh Gurdwara. The reception was held at the Soho Hotel in central London. Before the wedding the couple asked for some ‘bride and groom’ photos with an old world feel about them. This is where the idea for the vintage shots came from.

What a beautiful day for an engagement shoot! I love shooting these as they are totally informal, take place outdoors and I usually get several portfolio quality photographs from every session. This one took place close to Hyde Park and the Royal Albert Hall.

Married on a beautiful sunny day at the Fulham Register Office. Mai Ling and Gordon were great fun to work with and we got some great shots in nearby Eel Brook Common.
